Treating OCD at CPE Clinic, LLC

Psychiatry and Psychology for Adults, Adolescents, and Children

People and families we treat emerge as stable, more resilient, and successful in their pursuits and while they may have been diagnosed with OCD, after treatment, they do not suffer from it. They lead happier home lives, perform better academically, professionally, and socially. In our care, patients change the course of their lives by managing and improving their OCD.

For children and adolescents, we educate the parents on what they can do to be more reassuring and helpful with OCD, we work 1:1 with those suffering, and we offer support groups for different ages to ensure they get support from peers who know the challenges.

We know OCD can be disabling. It doesn’t need to be.

We are group of professionals who are smart, experienced in Anxiety and OCD, compassionate and are committed to helping people. We consult with each other, collaborating as often as we can, and use our networks to get more specific insight when we need it. We want to understand our patients, we want them to get better, we want them to live their lives and send us a postcard about how great they are doing – we get those postcards!

Medication is an option.

People often think of medication as the last option, to be used when other interventions have failed. Some psychiatric symptoms and disorders improve quickly with the proper medication at the right dose, which then allows a patient to either go back to their lives or access other therapeutic interventions more effectively. We know the medications, we let you know what we know, we monitor medications, and when appropriate, discontinue them.

Good mental health is rewarding.

Adults, adolescents, and children with anxiety, OCD, and BFRB issues can suffer distress and discomfort in every part of their day. The right care can give them and their families the tools they need to succeed and form healthy relationships. Good mental health is an opportunity to change the course of your life or your child’s life.  People we treat emerge as stable, more resilient, and successful in their pursuits.
